Do you take insurance?
We can bill Medicaid/HUSKY A, C, and D insurance for your diagnostic assessments. These allow us to examine cognitive, adaptive, academic, and behavioral components related to various potential diagnostic categories.
We currently have a waitlist for children's Husky insurance. We are happy to add you to our waitlist or provide you with the names of other providers in the area who may be able to see you sooner.
At this time, we do not accept Husky for adult evaluations. Husky or Medicaid insurance can only be used for child referrals for children twenty-one years old and under.

How do I pay, if I do not have Medicaid Insurance?
We do not accept private insurance plans but will provide you with a “super bill” for submission to your insurance as an out-of-network provider. In many cases, your insurance can reimburse you for part of the cost of the assessment.
For families without Husky/Medicaid insurance, our fee depends on the referral and the questions asked. We can discuss your needs and provide you with a quote for the total cost of the assessment.
We currently accept payment by check and/or credit card using the Simple Practice payment system. A deposit is required to hold the testing date. Payment is due upon report completion.

How many appointments are there?
Psychological testing with Dr. Roginsky consists of intake interviews, assessment session(s), and feedback/report review.
The intake session interview is most often conducted over the phone or via telehealth. For parents, your child should not be present for this appointment. The testing session is conducted in Dr. Roginsky's office. Most sessions are in-person, though telehealth is also available.
We often work to complete the testing in one day. This will include breaks to play, eat lunch, etc. If needed, we can split the scheduling over two days per request.
The Feedback appointment typically occurs via phone or a telehealth platform.
