Crisis Intervention

If you need to speak with a mental health specialist immediately, use the resources provided below. If you or your child are currently in crisis, please seek help immediately. Calling or texting 9-8-8 is the best way to receive support around suicidal thoughts.

If you are in immediate danger, please call 9-1-1 or go to your local emergency room right away. The following local hospitals have psychiatric services available. If you are in crisis and would benefit from talking to someone by phone, please call 2-1-1. There are mobile crisis teams available for both children and adults.
